Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail boxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just choose the mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
